Last night I picked up Allie at her school at about 5pm. No sooner did we hit the road than Allie got a speeding ticket. At least the cop was cute! We traded off driving and sleeping through the night. We pulled into Miami a little before noon and drove around to check the place out. After fighting traffic and failing to find a parking spot in Miami Beach we decided to check into our hotel and go check out the Keys.
After fighting a bunch more traffic we fould this great little park on Isla Morada and stretched out for a while to relax.

After that we headed back and went to this awesome little Cuban restaurant. We tried plantain fries, fried green plantains, and yucca. It was very cool. Now we are off to bed. We're tired and we lose an hour tonight. Tomorrow we are off!
